Healthy Lifestyle @ Curtin

"The University recognises the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle for a person's optimal health and wellbeing which, in the long term, will assist in the smooth operation of the University and maximise the productivity of its staff. It is therefore committed to providing staff with the opportunity to participate in health enhancing activities whilst at work." (University Resources Board Document URB 91/98)

The Program is aimed at encouraging staff to have a healthy lifestyle and forms part of Student and Staff Services. The Healthy Lifestyle Management Committee is a subcommittee of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy Committee.
